Who makes Jaipax OMS

Why I built it

I walked door to door to eight bakeries in Jodhpur to ask owners how they handle custom orders. The pattern was clear. A bakery with one outlet can usually manage with a WhatsApp group. Once an owner opens a second or third outlet, it stops working: nobody is sure which outlet took an order, riders are confused, and the kitchen misses details on custom cakes.

Baker's Club, a multi-outlet bakery in Barmer, asked me to build them an internal tool to move from WhatsApp groups to a controlled, role-based system. I built Jaipax OMS for them, around how their outlets, kitchen and riders actually work. They use it every day. Read their story.

After it worked for them, I made it available to other bakeries.

The business

• Jaipax OMS is a product of Jaipax Studio, an Udyam-registered sole proprietorship based in Barmer, Rajasthan.
• Jaipax Studio is a Meta Tech Provider. We connect bakeries’ own WhatsApp Business numbers to the official WhatsApp Business Platform, like other WhatsApp API providers.
• Jaipax OMS runs on Google’s Firebase platform.
• We also design and build websites; bakeries on the Pro Growth plan get one included.
