What the free website in Pro Growth means
Most bakeries pay someone separately for a website. With Pro Growth, Jaipax Studio designs and sets up a website for your bakery as part of the plan. We built the website for Baker's Club, our first customer, the same way.
The same WhatsApp Business number is used for order updates, birthday wishes and follow-ups from the website, so customers hear from one bakery number. Jaipax Studio is a Meta Tech Provider and connects that number to the official WhatsApp Business Platform for you.
Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 15 days. Message us on WhatsApp and we set up your bakery’s account, outlets and staff logins, usually the same day.
Are WhatsApp message charges included in Pro Growth?
No. Meta charges for WhatsApp Business messages (order updates and marketing) separately and bills your card directly. The Pro Growth price covers the software, the setup of your WhatsApp Business number and your website.
Are payments refundable?
No. Subscription payments are not refunded once processed, except for a billing error such as a duplicate charge reported within 7 days. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you paid for. See the refund and cancellation policy. This is why the 15-day free trial comes first.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
Plans are monthly subscriptions paid online through Razorpay from inside the app. You can cancel from the same screen; the plan stays active until the end of the paid month.
Can I start on Basic and move to Pro Growth later?
Yes. You can start with the outlets and kitchen, then upgrade to add WhatsApp messages and the website.
