The full terms that apply when you use Jaipax OMS, including subscriptions and billing, acceptable use of WhatsApp messaging and limitation of liability, are published in the app:

WhatsApp Business messages sent through Jaipax OMS must follow Meta’s WhatsApp Business and Commerce policies. Meta bills message charges to you directly; they are not part of your Jaipax OMS subscription.
